Systems Analyst III

Kforce is seeking a Systems Analyst III in Dallas, TX. This role involves analyzing complex requirements, troubleshooting production failures, proposing solutions, and writing SQL scripts for data corrections. The analyst will coordinate with technical teams, verify data changes, and articulate technology solutions to diverse internal/external stakeholders. Strong understanding of Data Lineage, source to target mapping, and documenting data elements accurately is essential, along with conducting meetings and presentations.

Must Have

• Analyze complex requirements by reading STTMs and troubleshoot failures in a production environment
• Propose solutions to resolve problems/issues
• Write SQL scripts to correct data and coordinate with technical teams for delivery
• Verify data changes and certify after implementation
• Articulate technology solutions and requirements to diverse stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse/Mart concepts
• Experience using Toad and comparing data from various data sources
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology
• Advanced SQL, Excel skills (SQL on Oracle database preferred)
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, and Outlook

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst III in Dallas, TX. Duties:

• Systems Analyst III will analyze complex requirements by reading STTMs and apply the knowledge to troubleshoot failures in a production environment
• Propose solutions to resolve the analyzed problem/issue
• Write SQL scripts to correct data (data corrections) and coordinate with the technical team members to ensure the change is delivered to production
• Verify data changes and certify the change after the data correction is implemented
• Articulate technology solutions, in consultations with the systems analyst or Tech lead and requirements to diverse internal/external stakeholders, integrating process, business rules, and data to meet business needs
• Understanding of Data Lineage, source to target mapping, documenting the data elements accurately is strongly needed
• As a Systems Analyst III, you will conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
• Documenting and communicating the results of data and business requirements

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required
• 8+ years of Business/Data Analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse/Mart concepts
• Must have experience using Toad and comparing data from various data sources
• Must have experience using JIRA, Confluence
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology
• Must have Advanced SQL, Excel skills (SQL on Oracle database preferred)
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, and Outlook
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Data-driven, results-oriented with the ability to quickly analyze data and make decisions that drive performance
• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders on a high visibility project
• Multifamily or Single-Family mortgage experience is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
